"Craig had previously renovated a bathroom for us and because of the quality of his work and his attention to detail we didn't hesitate to go with him and his team when we decided to renovate our kitchen. It was a difficult job due to our old weatherboard house to being anywhere near square. Once again Craig's attention to detail, experience and perfectionist streak ensured that in the end we got a fantastic( and square) kitchen. "Craig not only managed to include a toilet into a fairly small bathroom he also removed a wall and inserted a door from the bathroom into the main bedroom in order to convert the family bathroom into a semi ensuite. From the first meeting Craig was extremely professional and organized and worked with you throughout the whole process providing honest feed back and ideas. "Craig and his team recently completed a renovation of my bathroom and powder room.  I intend to put my house on the market later this year and decided to get quotes for installation of a vanity in each of the rooms.  Craig said he was happy to provide a quote for just these two items, but said that I probably wasting my money if that was all that I intended to do.  He suggested that either I do a complete renovation, or do nothing, as simply installing the vanities would make the room look half finished.  A complete renovation obviously cost a lot more than I had originally budgeted for, but it turned out to be money well spent.  I had mentioned to Craig that I didn't want to over capitalise but once I decided on a full renovtion, he talked me out of some of the minor additions I had in mind, as he suggested they were unnecessary, plus there was the risk that a future buyer may not like them.  Craig's documentation was very detailed and throughout the renovation period, his communication with me was extremely good.  I was always kept well informed of the times that he or other tradesmen would be arriving to perform particular jobs.  He and his team were always punctual and professional and maintained high standards with their work.  I am happy to recommend Craig and his team for any bathroom renovation."

"Craig and his team completed our ensuite renovation recently. We were very pleased with the quality of work. The communication we received from Craig was excellent as we were promptly informed on the progress of the renovation from start to finish, and he was always quick to reply to any queries we had. We were always informed in advance of who would be on site, when they would be arriving and what jobs they would be doing. The tradesmen were always on time, friendly and professional. The work was done to a high standard whilst keeping mess and disruption to a minimum. Craig is obviously highly organised and came well prepared for the product selection meetings, offering good advice about layouts, finishes and budgets. He takes pride in quality of service and was proactive in dealing with the few minor issues that arose during the project. One night we had to send him an SMS to advise that our hot water system had failed (due to age); he made a couple of phone calls and a new system was installed by 10am the following morning. The contract documentation and invoices were all clearly explained and there were no unexpected or hidden charges at the end of the project. Our previous bathroom renovation was done by a well known award-winning local firm but the service and quality of work was surpringsingly poor once the contracts had been signed. We'd never heard of Westshore Bathroom Renovations before so hiring them for our latest project was a leap of faith on our part. We needn't have worried - Craig and his team made everything easy and did it all very well. We would be very happy to have Westshore Bathroom Renovations work on our next project and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Craig and team."

"Craig went above and beyond to work with the small space my bathroom was constrained by, leaving it looking twice as big as before. I was looking at doing as much as I could myself to get the reno done cheaply when it just became too hard to line up all the supplies, trades and I had underestimated the time each step takes. Seeking out Craig, he sorted out everything once we had worked out every little detail (spending an hour getting all details to quote on which is better than others that were in and out in 10 mins with just a few measurements). He had the bathroom done much faster, to a better quality and the attention to detail was invaluable. You can be assured that when your quote comes in and its a bit more than the last quote, you are getting that little bit extra service. "Craig, A true professional at renovating bathrooms. Craig came to have a look at my bathroom and suggested some ideas. We took out the bath, extended the vanity and put a new semi-frameless shower screen in. We moved some electrical points and tiled. What a difference!!. I spent a little more than what I wanted to, but it was worth it in the long term. He wasn't the cheapest, but I am glad I awarded my bathroom renovation to Westshore Bathroom Renovations. "I can't rate Craig from Westshore Bathroom Renovations highly enough.  An absolute professional bathroom renovator, an expert in his field.and such a friendly guy who made me feel so comfortable througout the whole process from quoting to the completed renovation.  His attention to quality and attention to detail was incredible, along with the safety culture he has implemented within his business and his team.  I have 3 children under 4, and Craig and his team were always so conscious of where my children were at all times, constantly checking, letting me know when power tools were going to be used and of course always closing the back gate.  We got 5 quotes for our renovation as we found there are a lot of renovators in Perth that call themselves renovators but were nowhere near as professional as Craig.  Craig wasn't the cheapest quote but wer are so glad that we paid the extra and awarded the job to him as he was the most professional out of all of the so called bathroom renovators that quoted.  Thank you Craig for our beautiful bathroom.  Now I can't wait to get the kids bathroom done!
